Nexans 11-33kV XLPE Three-Core Indoor Heat Shrink Termination Kits

Heat shrinkable Nexans 11kV-33kV SRDI termination kits suitable for three-core Medium Voltage (MV) polymeric (XLPE and EPR) insulated cables within an enclosed ‘indoor’ environment, i.e. air-insulated termination chamber.

Nexans SRDI terminations are manufactured from high-quality materials which ensure long-term performance and the highest level of reliablity in service.

Each Nexans three-core heatshrink termination kit includes: heat shrink stress-control tubes, anti-tracking core sleevings and an anti-tracking three-core breakout to seal the cable interstices, along with full installation instructions.

Standard tail lengths:
6.6-24kV: 650mm
33kV: 900mm

11kV and 33kV SRDI termination kits are available from stock. 6.6kV, 15kV and 22kV kits are available to special order if required.

Longer tail lengths or extension heat shrink sleevings are also available. Please contact our MV Jointing Team for more information.

SRDI 36/150-240B Nexans 33kV Heat Shrink Indoor Termination Kit – 150-240mm2

The Nexans SRDI 36/150-240B indoor termination kit is designed for three-core (3core) polymeric (XLPE and EPR) cables between 150-240mm2 rated up to 33kV. Designed for use within indoor, controlled environments, such as air insulated termination boxes.

Manufactured from the high-quality materials, these Nexans SRDI 33kV terminations are designed to provide long term performance and reliability.

SRDI 36/150-240B termination kit properties:

  • Min. cable size: 150sqmm
  • Max. cable size: 240sqmm
  • Tail length: 650mm
  • Voltage: 33kV
  • Meets the requirements of CENELEC HD 629.1 and IEC 60502-4
