Nexans 11kV PILC Three-Core Heat Shrink Termination Kits

Nexans SPDI heat shrink three-core (3core) indoor termination kits are designed for the termination of three-core (3core) PILC (Paper insulated, lead covered) belted or screened cables installed within an enclosed or controlled environment, i.e. air-insulated cable end termination boxes.

Each Nexans 11kV PILC termination kit is supplied with: 650mm tail lengths, water sealing mastic, anti-tracking heat-shrinkable tubes, stress control heat-shrink tubes, semi-conductive breakout and oil-barrier tubes. All Nexans SPDI termination kits come with full installation instructions.

The Nexans SPDI 12/35-70B three-core (3core) termination kit is designed to terminate three-core (3core) paper insulated PILC (Paper Insulated, Lead Covered) and PICAS (Paper Insulated Corrugated Aluminium Sheath) cables between 35-70mm2. Rated up to 11kV.

Nexans 11-33kV XLPE Three-Core Overhead Line Heat Shrink Termination Kits

Heat shrinkable Nexans 11kV-33kV SRDF termination kits for three-core, polymeric (XLPE or EPR) insulated Medium Voltage cables. Designed for pole-mounted connections to overhead-line power networks, or exposed equipment bushings in outdoor environments.

Nexans SRDF terminations are manufactured from high-quality materials which ensure long-term performance and the highest level of reliablity in service.

Each Nexans three-core heatshrink termination kit includes: heat shrink stress-control tubes, anti-tracking core sleevings, creepage extenders (rain-sheds) and a skirted, anti-tracking three-core breakout to seal the cable interstices, along with full installation instructions.

Standard tail lengths:
6.6-11kV: 650mm
15-33kV: 900mm

11kV and 33kV SRDF termination kits are available from stock. 6.6kV, 15kV and 22kV kits are available to special order if required.
