Terms and Conditions
ETS endeavour to deliver as many orders as possible on our own transport, carriage paid, on the next working day, whatever the order value. For instances where this is not possible, we have various trusted third party couriers to provide deliveries of consignments throughout the country on a next working day basis also, subject to a minimum order value of £200.00. Timed deliveries can be accommodated wherever possible, although we do reserve the right to charge for this service.
Items supplied as ordered will not be accepted back for credit without prior written consent, and a handling charge will normally be incurred. Items ordered in especially from manufacturers may also be subject to inspection and re-packing charges. Any item will only be accepted back for credit after ETS inspection to ensure the product is in a re-saleable condition. Any errors in goods supplied should be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Hire charges will be calculated from delivery date, based on a weekly rate, until such time as the tool is officially taken off hire. Please contact our Sales Team who will advise you of the tool hire returns number. No responsibility will be accepted for customer’s failure to confirm hire completion. Lost tools will be charged at the FULL replacement cost.
Damaged Hire Equipment
All tools are checked for faults and correct pressure prior to despatch and upon return. Any damage that may occur during the hire period due to misuse is the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged for.
With the myriad of different manufacturers’ cables within the marketplace currently, no selection guide can be 100% accurate. The guides contained within this website are given in good faith but can be regarded as for information only.
