Marconite Conductive Admixture Granules

Marconite Admixture is a synthetic granular ground enchancer, specifically for use in earthing applications and when added to Portland cement forms an extremely low resistivity conductive concrete which is used to lower resistance and increase the surface area of installed earthing conductors (earth rods, plates, mats etc.).

A more permanent option to Bentonite. Once set, Marconite does not dry out, shrink and is not prone to being washed away. These factors all contribute to the admix needing no ongoing maintenance after installation.

Available in a 25kg bag.

Lattice Copper Earth Mats

These copper earth mats provide reliable earthing in high fault-current applications and cover a wide surface area, enabling good earthing contact with surrounding soil.

3M T2425 – Scotch 24 Copper Electrical Shielding Tape

3M ScotchTM 24 electrical shielding tape is an all metal, open weave, shielding braid in flat, tape like form. It is conformable due to the open-weave construction of two 36AWG tinned copper wires.

Compatible with power cable insulations and all Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) splicing and terminating materials. Features of the 3M scotch 24 tape:

  • Stable at elevated temperatures.
  • Oil resistant.
  • Fire resistant.
  • Elongates easily to conform to inclined or uneven surfaces.
  • Compatible with all high voltage jointing and terminating materials.

3M Scotch 1617 Zinc Spray

Scotch 1617 zinc spray is an ideal cold galvaniser that provides permanent protection against rust and corrosion by electrochemically bonding with the metal surface it is sprayed onto.

3M 1617 spray has excellent adhesion to iron and steel, is resistant to weathering, UV radiation, moisture, heat up to +500oC, alkaline solutions and mineral oils.

It is an ideal primer for metal constructions, and complies with DIN 50976 (zinc content) and DIN 53167 (corrosion protection).

Supplied in 400ml aerosol cans.

3M Scotch 1602 Red Protective Insulation Spray

Scotch 1602 ia a red insulating and covering spray based on alkyd resin. It cures into a flexible and resistant film, with excellent adhesion to most common surfaces such as metal, glass, plastic, wood, etc. Scotch 1602 is resistant to UV-rays, acids, oil and alkalis, it is moisture and weatherproof and is especially characterised by its high dielectric strength.

Supplied in 400ml aerosol cans.
