Any size of copper bar can be sourced, fixing materials changed and channel bases can be re-designed to enable a product that is engineered to perfectly fit your exact requirements. Drawings are provided before manufacturing to insure the earthing bar fits your specifications.
The copper bar can also be tinned to protect against adverse environmental conditions.

3M T7025 – Scotch 70 Silicone Rubber Self Amalgamating Tape
3M ScotchTM 70 self amalgamating silicone rubber tape. A 0.3mm thick, high temperature arc and track-resistant self-fusing tape composed of inorganic silicone rubber. Primarily used as a protective over-wrap when terminating Medium and High Voltage cables.
Features of the Scotch 70 self amalgamating tape:

3M T6950 – Scotch 69 Glass Cloth Printable Film Tape
3M ScotchTM 69 tape is a white glass cloth tape with a high temperature thermosetting silicone adhesive. The thermosetting adhesive of the tape provides an increased bond once applied in areas of high ambient temperatures.
The 69 electrical tape is UL recognised for continuous use up to 200oC. It also meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-I-19166C.
Glass cloth tape is suitable for a range of applications including:
- Insulating electric and induction type furnace power supply leads
- Securing Scotch 77 fire retardant electric arc proofing 3M tape
- Replacing 3M 27 glass cloth electrical tape in locations where a higher temperature tape is needed

3M T2720M – Scotch 27 Glass Cloth Electrical Tape
3M ScotchTM 27 tape, a white woven glass cloth tape designed to operate in applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures. The glass cloth electrical tape is specially treated and prepared to provide corrosion-free protection.
- Rubber pressure-sensitive thermosetting adhesive.
- For continuous use up to +130oC.
- The glass will not shrink, rot or burn and has a high tensile strength.

3M T2425 – Scotch 24 Copper Electrical Shielding Tape
3M ScotchTM 24 electrical shielding tape is an all metal, open weave, shielding braid in flat, tape like form. It is conformable due to the open-weave construction of two 36AWG tinned copper wires.
Compatible with power cable insulations and all Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) splicing and terminating materials. Features of the 3M scotch 24 tape:
