Cembre HT51 Die Sets (ME-50)
High-quality hexagonal cembre die sets, suitable for the compression of A-M and HT ranges of Cembre lugs. Compatible with the Cembre HT51, B51 & B500E 50kN crimping tools.
These ME – 50 dies are suitable for use with stranded copper conductors to BS 6360 Class 2.
Cembre B500E Battery Operated Crimping Tool (6-240mm2)
As part of their new generation of cordless hydraulic crimping tools, the Cembre B500E crimper represents a significantly advantageous evolution from current models.
Designed to replace the B51 crimper, the new B500E is suitable for a wide range of connectors up to 240mm2, using die sets common to the Cembre 50kN tooling range (ME##-50). LED lighting of the working area provides additional convenience and safety.
The new Li-Ion 18V 4Ah batteries offer higher capacity than previous 14.4V versions, while a greater crimping speed and force result from a revitalised crimping system with double-speed action: A rapid approach of the dies to the lug, then a steady, powerful speed for crimping.
A new OLED display and touch button provides essential, real-time tool operating information data including:
- Crimping force generated, for confirmation of adherence to norms and best practices
- Battery power status
- Tool identification and serial number
- Crimp operations remaining until next service
The Cembre B500E battery crimper is supplied with shoulder strap, two 18v batteries, UK-standard charger in a robust plastic carrying case, suitable for storing the tool and up to 20 die sets.

Cembre RHU520 Hydraulic Crimp Head (400-1200mm2)
The robust Cembre RHU520 hydraulic presshead with removable top die, complete with male Quickfit automatic coupler for connection to a range of Cembre hydraulic pump units with a working pressure of 700bar.
Generally used for the compression of cable lugs and splices between 400mm2 and 1200mm2, the RHU520 crimper is also suitable for large overhead-line and earthing applications. An adaptor die (AU520-130D) is available to accept C-shape die sets common with most 130kN crimping tools.
All RHU 520 crimping tools are sold with a 12 month warranty and full calibration certificate. The VAL 520 protective steel case is available to store the crimper. There is also available the separate VAL MAT 520 case which has sufficient storage space for 10 die sets.

Cembre ECW-H3D Hydraulic Crimp Head (400-630mm2)
The Cembre ECW-H3D hydraulic presshead designed to accept un-insulated crimp lugs and splices between 400mm2 – 630mm2. The ECW-H3D can also be used for a range of insulated terminals, overhead-line and earthing applications.
A male Quickfit automatic coupler features on the crimp head to allow connection to all Cembre 700bar hydraulic pump units.
Featuring a removable die holder, this crimping tool is able to accept C-shape die sets with the use of the AU230-130D adaptor die, as well as a cutting die (WT2-3D) suitable for cables up to 20mm diameter.

Each ECW-H3D crimper sold comes with a 12 month warranty and calibration certificate. The VAL ECW-H3D painted steel storage case is also available which safely stores the tool and up to 10 die sets
Cembre RHU131-C Hydraulic Crimp Head (10-400mm2)
The Cembre RHU131-C hydraulic presshead suitable for use on un-insulated compression lugs and splices between 10mm2 and 400mm2. Complete with male Quickfit automatic coupler for connection to Cembre 700bar hydraulic pump units.
Featuring a removable die-holder, a wide variety of compatible die sets are available. The RHU131-C crimp head is able to accept the same C-type die sets as the HT131-C hand tool.

All RHU131-C hydraulic crimpers are sold with a 12 month warranty and calibration certificate. The VAL-P26 polypropylene protection case is also available separately, designed to store the tool head and up to 14 die sets.
