The Triplex cable former is manufactured from Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) Megalon and is suitable for securing cables between 40mm and 47mm. The former has been developed for securing single-core cables in the Triplex formation (Three single-cores supplied wound around each other), this system is also suitable for conventional single-core power cables.

The 40mm to 47mm cable surround is suitable for use in conjuction with the following cable cleats – Depending on your short circuit requirements:

• VRT+ 08, VRT+ 09 & VRT+ 10 – Vulcan+ trefoil cable cleats
• ES 94-118 – Emperor trefoil cable cleats

The heavy-duty variant of the Ellis Patents Flexistrap trefoil retention strap designed to augment the Emperor cleat range, retaining the cables trefoil formation and allowing greater fixing distances between cleats. The FS112-125HDL is suitable for use on trefoil cables between 112mm – 125mm outside diameter.

Heavy duty Flexistraps are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, feature a triple-wrap design as well as a LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable protection liner to cushion and protect cables in the event of a short-circuit.

Cable strap dimensions:

• Trefoil cable outside diameter: 112-125mm
• Strap width: 50mm

Can be installed with a standard 1/4″ or 6mm ratchet handle and 10mm spanner. A proprietary drive socket is available if preferred (Order ref: FS-T001-4).
