New Ellis FlexiCleat Installation Video Guide

In a very clear to follow way, the short video shows how to install Ellis FlexiCleats.

The FlexiCleats are manufactured in two sizes, standard and heavy duty. With LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable protection liner, both sizes of cleats cushions and protects cables in the event of a short-circuit occurring.

FlexiCleat
    • Meets the International Standard IEC 61914:2009.
    • Short circuit withstand test: 159kA peak on 600mm centres.

The cleats are made from cast aluminium base and marine-grade 316L stainless steel.

Aluminium 2A-L Range Two Bolt Cable , with cable liner (104-112mm OD)

2A-L diecast aluminium two bolt cable cleat with UL94-VO liner, suitable to secure power cables from 104mm to 112mm in overall diameter. Tested to International Standard IEC61914:2009 and short-circuits tested to 102kA peak, this aluminium cleat is designed for easy stacking and can be directly fixed onto cable ladders or channel support structures with no additional adaptor plates of packing pieces required.

The two bolt cleat is available in cast LM6 aluminium to BS1490 as standard. Can also be supplied with a black polyester coating for use within contaminated and extreme environments.
