3M Constant Force Springs

3M ScotchcastTM constant force springs are manufactured from anti-magnetic, sprung 301/302 stainless steel and suitable for a range of solderless mechanical earthing or grounding applications:

  • Cable screening connections on Medium (MV) and High Voltage (HV) cables
  • Lead (Pb) or corrugated aluminium (CAS) sheath earthing
  • Earthing of steel (SWA) or aluminium (AWA) armour wires at any voltage

The 3M force springs are easily applied by rolling onto the material to be earthed, exerting a constant pressure with the cable, even under load conditions.

M90 CMP A324 Insulated Integral Earth Aluminium Gland Kit

A324 ZEN cable gland with M90 male thread. The insulated cable gland is suitable for outdoor and indoor applications and can be used on all types of AWA armoured cables.

A324 gland features:

  • Cast integral earthing lug (CIEL)
  • Insulated the gland and cable from the equipment
  • Provides IP66 environmental seal on cable outer sheath
