The Filoform MDIV sealing system has been developed to create effective gas and water-tight blank sealing of ducts into which cables/pipes are to be installed at a later date.

The system is based on a plug-in core with two foam-plastic flanges, into which the specially formulated, expanding two-compartment polyurethane resin is injected.

The MDIV sealing core is then installed into the duct or bore-hole, where the resin expands and forms an effective seal, which is both gas and water-tight

  • Fire-resistance for up to two hours can be obtained by using the HD+ compound. Available as an additional item in 310ml tubes
  • Resistant to high levels of gas and water pressure
  • Quick and easy to install
  • Excellent mechanical strength once cured

The duct-sealing blanking system MDIV can also be used for the sealing of vertically positioned ducts.
