ETS 4 Bolt Fixing Transformer Terminals
LV copper four-bolt transformer fixing cable lugs designed to fit most common transformer fixings to ESI standards with M8 studs on 25mm x 35mm centres. Non-standard fixings can be supplied upon request.
Suitable for use with stranded copper conductors to BS6360 Class 2 for all Low Voltage applications up to 3300v (3.3kV).
All 4-bolt terminals are manufactured from high-conductivity seamless copper tube to EN 12735 and feature a visual inspection hole to insure correct conductor insertion prior to crimping.
The relevant hydraulic crimping tools and die sets suitable for these crimp lugs are available for purchase or hire.
- Transformers lugs up to 300mm2 are manufactured from electrolytic seamless copper tube to EN 12735, brazed to a flat copper plate.
- Transformers lugs from 400mm2 and above are manufactured from seamless copper tube.
Standard finish on all terminal sizes is bright electro tin plated to BS1872.
