Cembre 11-33kV Copper Through Connector

Cembre MT-GC High Voltage (HV) through connectors are designed to joint stranded copper conductors (to BS 6360 Class 2) of equal cross-sectional area. Suitable for HV applications up to 33kV.

These connectors are able to accept circular stranded copper conductors. Shaped conductors may require pre-rounding prior to installation.

The 11kV – 33kV splices are manufactured from high-purity, electrolytic seamless copper tube to EN 12735 and feature die set crimping positions marked along the barrel length.

Featuring a solid stop, the MT-GC connector forms a barrier between the two conductors being joined, preventing any migration of oils or greases. Ideal for oil-impregnated PILC cables, or PILC to polymeric transitional jointing.
