Cembre 11-33kV Copper Cable Lugs – CA Range

The single-bolt Cembre CA range of copper terminals are designed for use with circular stranded copper conductors, in High Voltage (HV) applications up to 33kV.

The CA-M lug is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications due to the absence of an inspection hole within the crimp lug design, removing the chance of any moisture ingress.

Manufactured from high purity, seamless copper tube (EN 12735), annealed and electrolytically tin plated.

All sizes feature an extended barrel to enhance both electrical and mechanical performance, as well as having knurled marks to indicate die set placement and crimping positions. Please consult our datasheet for correct die set/compression tool combination.

Variants:

Two-bolt variant of the CA lug is also available in certain sizes, as well as the option to have the barrel pre-filled with an epoxy compound to enhance the moisture-blocking. Please contact our Sales Team with your exact requirements. Read more about our cable lugs.
