We’re pleased to share that ETS is moving into a new and improved head office and main distribution centre. Still located in Chessington, our new facility gives us the space and infrastructure to better support our customers and suppliers and the continued growth of our business.
Our previous site has been home since 2018 and has served us well, but as demand for our stock and services has grown, so has the need for a space that can keep pace. This move is a critical step forward, giving us the capacity and flexibility to operate more efficiently.
What’s New?
Increased Space, Greater Capacity
Our new building offers significantly more space than was previously available, meaning we can hold more stock across a broader range of products, helping us reduce lead times and improve product availability, especially important when project timelines are tight.
New and Refurbished Office Areas
We’ve also refurbished and upgraded our office areas. They’re brighter, modern, and designed to support a more collaborative way of working, creating a better environment for our team and making it easier for us to provide responsive services to our customers and partners at every stage of their journey.
Innovative Layout, Smoother Operations
The new distribution centre has been designed with operational efficiency in mind. A smarter layout allows for streamlined processes, from incoming deliveries to outbound dispatch, enabling us to fill orders more efficiently, resulting in fewer delays, better tracking and an overall smoother experience for customers placing and receiving orders.
While our address may be new, our commitment to customer service and product quality remains unchanged. This move represents an essential investment in the future of ETS, one that will help us continue to grow, innovate, and deliver even more value to our customers across the UK and beyond.
